    The building has a great location and clean common areas. The walls are soundproof, but the elevators break often, and the administration is slow to fix them. The AC fails in summer, and the parking and garbage systems often break down. Amenities are poorly managed, and the gym is small for the size of the building.

    This building started out excellent and was amazing to live in, but has had elevator issues for over a year. You cannot get in and out quickly because there's only 1/2 elevators for 30 or more floors. Promises have been made to fix it, but it hasn't happen
